Crafted by the talented local artist, Dr. Dary Dega of DEGALLERY (degallery.us), this year's Christmas in Aggieland ornament showcases the beautiful Haynes Ring Plaza, a cherished spot for former, current and aspiring Aggie students, as well as visitors to Texas A&M University’s campus. At the heart of the Haynes Ring Plaza stands a colossal Aggie Ring, cast in bronze and weighing over 3 tons. Unveiled at the Clayton W. Williams, Jr. Alumni Center during Aggie Ring Day festivities in 2009, this iconic symbol holds a special place in the hearts of the Aggie community. The plaza itself, when seen from above, forms the distinct shape of an Aggie Ring, adding an extra touch of brilliance to its design. As you hang the 2025 Christmas in Aggieland ornament, let it be a reminder of the rich Aggie traditions, and how Aggies support and enrich our community every day!
